Drawing has, and will always be, a constant in my life. From a young age, encouraged by my mother who is also an artist, I have kept sketchbooks as visual diaries documenting moments in time from childhood through to University and motherhood, often evoking memories more tangible than when looking at photographs. Early sketchbooks are filled with drawings of my teddy bear, Aunt Sally from Wurzel Gummidge and my parents, while later sketchbooks document my children as they grow and change from sleeping babies to teenagers scrolling on their iPad.

I have paused studying for an MA in Children's Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art but will be completing in 2022. Drawing regularly has become an active part of my week; using a variety of different materials and approaches.

Limited edition prints, cards and books are available to view alongside examples of bespoke, commercial and heritage based commissions. I also deliver education workshops in schools and museums.
